This house has the perfect layout to make you feel right at home. With a split floor plan, you can have the privacy of two master bedrooms and meet in the middle when you're ready to gather. Catch some quiet time and some Vitamin D in the air conditioned Florida Room, or hang out back on the screened patio. The home is fully fenced and able to accommodate parking for large toys (NO RV hookup at this time). Shamrock Park and Nature Center is a quick 4 minute drive, where you will find a playground, covered picnic area, basketball courts, tennis courts and nature trails. Here you will also find the beginning of the Legacy Trail where you can enjoy a scenic stroll along the Intercoastal waterway. Head out for the night to downtown Wellen Park and enjoy great food and live music or discover the beauty and ambience of Historical Downtown Venice; each only 6 miles away.
