Rare ground floor, water facing unit in the Vista Cay Resort. The unit has only had one owner since construction and was always a long term rental. Turn this blank slate into your dream vacation home! Vista Cay is one of the few communities in Orange County that allows short term rentals and is adjacent to the Orange County Convention Center. Also located directly across from Universal Studios' new theme park, Epic Universe, Vista Cay is located in the heart of Orlando's tourism district within a short distance of world class shopping, dining, and attractions. Vista Cay offers 3 resort pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 full liquor bars, a splash pad, fire pit, fitness center, game room, and walking trail around the lake. The selling agent also owns a vacation home management company in the resort and can provide extensive advice with regards to remodeling and rentals.
